Happy birthday, Cinderella!!!

I'm sorry I haven't been around very much for the past few days, but Momma had to go out of town for her work and our pet sitter just couldn't manage to figure out the blog. I have a lot to catch up on! But be sure to come back tomorrow for a very special post.

Today, though, is dedicated to my sissy Cinderella. Today we're celebrating her 11th birthday!! Well, we're not sure exactly how old she is, but that's our best guess right now. It was three years ago yesterday that she first came to our house as our foster dog, so we decided that was a pretty good birthday for her. Happy birthday, sissy!

This is Cinderella's "BIN" photo. That means Boxer In Need, and it's the picture that first goes on our website when we have a dog that's looking for a foster home. She was pretty even then!

She was in pretty rotten shape when she first came to us. She'd had a bad allergic reaction
and lost most of her fur, so she was bald and lumpy. She had to wear a shirt most of the time
because she was nekkid!

But even thought she was feeling pretty rotten at first, she fit in real quick!

Momma kept taking her to pet fairs and pretending she was going to let someone adopt her. Hah! Okay, so she actually did let someone adopt her, but then the silly people returned her. How could you return a princess?!

This is the picture Momma took to announce that we were "foster failing" with Cinderella. She's the best failure of our life!

Cinderella's a modern princess who prefers a convertible to a pumpkin!

This is Momma's favorite picture of her ever. You can't look at it and not smile!

Happy birthday, sissy! I'm so glad you joined our family!
