10:43am : We have a puppy! A healthy baby boy. Yay, Dallas!
11:28am: We got our first picture! This is Dallas's first puppy, a boy. There should be at least one more, based on the X-Rays. Momma and I are pushing to name him "J.R.", but the foster home hasn't announced it yet.
Update 4:42pm: I'm sure glad I'm a BOY and can't go through labor. Wowzers! Miss Dallas is still doing fine. Apparently labor can last a long time, and the Puppy Watchers who've helped lots of LBR dogs through their deliveries aren't worried at all. Dallas isn't in any distress and has been nursing little J.R., though she's still in labor. If she looks like she's in any distress, she'll go to the V-E-T for some help. I'm keeping my paws crossed for her!
