Looks good, right? And believe me when I tell you it tastes great too! To make this recipe I use Udi's gluten free pizza crust and top it with my favorite toppings!
Mushrooms, spinach and feta!
The method is simple. While pre-heating your oven, saute the mushrooms and spinach in a small amount of olive oil. Once the spinach has wilted and the mushrooms are juicy, place them on top of the pizza crust that has been lightly brushed with olive oil.
Top with feta cheese, place in the oven and voila! In 7 minutes you have the perfect personal pizza!
Recipe
1 Udi's Gluten Free Pizza Crust
2.5 oz baby spinach
2 oz mushrooms
1 tsp Italian seasoning
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
2.0 oz feta cheese
Method:
Pre-heat oven to 375. While oven is heating place one tablespoon of olive oil in pan and heat. Add mushrooms, spinach and seasonings. Saute until spinach wilts. Meanwhile, brush top of pizza crust with remaining olive oil. Top with veggies, sprinkle with feta and place in oven for 7 minutes.
