I read daily to my son and I am an avid reader myself. I am also a fan of reality shows and any of them can take the place of Jersey Shore in the above caption. Although I occasionally enjoy mindless entertainment occasionally I ensure that I supplement it with things that stimulate my brain and I seek to do the same for my child.
